  • George Leondis

    George Leondis is President and Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors, of Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry and is responsible for all strategic and functional areas of Argon’s business.

    Previous to joining Argon in 2009, Mr. Leondis served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Angiotech Interventional, a subsidiary of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which manufactured and marketed vascular and non-vascular devices for use in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology and Vascular Surgery. In his years leading that business, he was responsible for the development and execution of its corporate strategy, guiding it to become a leading player in its market segments.

    Mr. Leondis has held various management and commercial roles at companies including St. Jude Medical, Orascoptic Research and Medical Device Technologies, Inc., where he was promoted through various positions of increased responsibility.

  • Scott Bishop

    Scott Bishop is Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality, for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in March of 2019 and has responsibility for regulatory affairs globally. Mr. Bishop brings over 23 years of extensive medical device experience. His leadership has been integral in driving cultural change and fostering robust partnerships across the organization.

    Prior to his tenure at Argon, Mr. Bishop served as Director of Regulatory and Quality for Adient Medical based in Houston, Texas. His wealth of experience spans both small and large medical device companies, including IDEV Technologies, Abbott Vascular, ICON Clinical Research, and Beckman Coulter. Mr. Bishop began his medical device career journey as a biostatistician for a small medical device company in Webster, Texas, back in 2001 and has held roles of increasing responsibility throughout his career.

    Mr. Bishop is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science and Master of Science degree in Epidemiology.
  • Meir Dahan

    Meir Dahan is Senior Vice President of Research and Development for Argon Medical Devices Inc.  Mr. Dahan joined the company in March of 2018 and has responsibilities for all R&D activities on a global basis. Mr. Dahan brings over 25 years of proven leadership experience to Argon from both the Medical Device and Telecommunications industries.

    Most recently, Mr. Dahan served as Executive Vice President, R&D for IMRIS, a designer and manufacturer of integrated, image-guided therapy suites and products for surgical and interventional procedures.  Prior to IMRIS, Mr. Dahan held several senior technical and program management positions at Baxter Healthcare in both their BioScience and Medical Products businesses.

    Mr. Dahan holds a BSEE from Ben Gurion University and MSEE, and MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

  • Josh DeRienzis

    Josh DeRienzis is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in May 2022 with over 25 years of experience advising senior management and Boards of Directors in a variety of industries on critical legal and strategic matters, with a focus on securities, finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, governance, and litigation.

    Prior to joining Argon he was Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Surgalign Holdings, Inc. (f/k/a RTI Surgical, Inc.), a publicly-traded medical device company, where he led the global legal, IP, compliance, and human resources teams. Prior to Surgalign, he was most recently Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at The Williams Companies, Inc., a Fortune 500 midstream energy company.

    Josh’s previous roles included being the General Counsel of PSS World Medical, Inc., a publicly-traded medical supplies distributor, until its acquisition by McKesson Corp. in 2013, where he became the chief legal officer for McKesson’s specialty health division. Prior to PSS, Josh held roles of increasing responsibility at other large publicly-traded companies and worked at two major New York law firms.

    He earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
  • Matt Edwards

    Matt Edwards is Vice President General Manager Sales & Marketing EMEA for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in December of 2020 and has responsibility for sales in Europe Middle East and Africa. Mr. Edwards has over 20 years of experience in medical device sales, distribution and general management, specializing in high growth and disruptive technology environments. He brings solid experience within the vascular and interventional business.

    Most recently he served as Vice President International, Sales & Operations with Insulet Corporation, where he played a critical role in building and carrying out the growth strategy.

    Previous to joining Insulet Corporation, Mr. Edwards worked as General Manager with Endologix, a vascular company.

    Mr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design, Technology and Business (of honors standard). Matt is based in Northamptonshire in the United Kingdom.
  • Don May

    Don May is Senior Vice President Sales, Americas, for Argon Medical Devices, Inc.  He joined the company in October of 2019 and has responsibility for sales in North and South America.  Mr. May brings over 23 years of medical device sales, distribution, and corporate account experience.

    Most recently, Mr. May served as VP of Sales and Corporate Accounts for KCI/Acelity, a medical technology company based out of San Antonio, Texas.  Prior to that, Mr. May served as Director of Strategic Alliances, and Director of Sales – Interventional Cardiology for Boston Scientific. Mr. May began his medical device career as a peripheral sales representative trainer and manager where his love for the interventional space was developed selling to the radiology, surgery and cardiology fields with disposable and capital products that served less invasive procedures. Mr. May started his career in distribution and sales with Coca-Cola.

    Mr. May holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from University of California, Irvine.
  • Sharon McNally

    Sharon McNally is the Vice President, Finance of Argon Medical Devices, Inc. She joined the company in November 2003, and has global responsibility for finance. She has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry.

    Prior to joining Argon, Ms. McNally worked a combined 17 years for Cardinal Health, Allegiance Healthcare and Baxter Healthcare. She most recently served as Director of Manufacturing Finance for the Perioperative Products and Services Business Unit, a subsidiary of Cardinal Health, Inc.’s Medical Products and Services segment. Other key positions held during her tenure included Director of Finance for the PBDS and Custom Sterile businesses as well as Director of International Treasury for Cardinal Health. Prior to these roles, she held additional financial management positions in Treasury, distribution and manufacturing.

    Ms. McNally is a CPA, CCM (Certified Cash Manager) and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
  • Antony Ng

    Antony Ng is Vice President and General Manager EMEA & Other Asia. He joined the company in September 2010, and has sales and marketing responsibility for EMEA and other Asia. Antony has over 22 years of experience in the medical device industry and 10 years of experience in the Telecommunication industry.

    Prior to joining Argon, Antony served in various management roles for 3M Drug Delivery Systems, Bio-Scaffold International, Becton Dickinson, Ohmeda Critical Care and Baxter Healthcare Far East.

    Antony holds a Master’s degree from University of Hull, UK.
  • Enrique Rios

    Enrique Rios is Senior Vice President of Operations for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in September 2019 and has responsibility for all Manufacturing plants and Distribution Operations supporting the Argon Medical Business. Mr. Rios brings over 40 plus years of responsibility in the Medical device industry in Manufacturing, Global Sourcing & Supply Chain, as well as leading Greenfield plant startups while on International assignments in Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Most recently he spent 20 years in Asia Pacific as VP of Manufacturing & Managing Director APAC Sourcing. Mr. Rios has a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.
  • Shirley Shi

    Shirley Shi is the General Manager of Argon Medical Devices China.  Ms. Shi brings over 20 years of experience in the medical device, IVD and pharmaceutical industries to Argon.

    Prior to joining Argon in 2019, Ms. Shi served as the Marketing Director for Roche Diagnostics China as well as Sales & Marketing Director of the interventional and infusion product lines at Becton Dickenson. Ms. Shi previously held management and commercial roles in the following top pharmaceutical companies, Novartis, AstraZeneca, and MSD. Before starting her career in industry, Ms. Shi was a Hematologist at Xinhua Hospital affiliated with the Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical School.

    Ms. Shi holds a Bachelor of Clinical Medicine from Shanghai Second Medical University and Fudan University and a Master of Business Administration from HKUST Business School of Ohio State University.
  • Pete Stibbs

    Pete Stibbs, M.D., is Vice President of Global Medical Affairs for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in July of 2012 and has responsibility for global clinical education and medical affairs. Dr. Stibbs brings over 22 years of clinical experience focused on invasive and image-guided medical procedures.

    Most recently, Dr. Stibbs served as Director of Global Clinical Services and Physician Education at Argon Medical Devices, as well as teaching in academic settings focusing on vascular disease and vascular biology.

    Dr. Stibbs holds a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Radiologic Sciences from Weber State University, Master of Business Administration in International Business from Louisiana State University, Master’s in Clinical Trial Sciences and a Doctorate in Medicine and a Doctorate in Health Sciences with a specialty focus in vascular disease from the University of Nottingham/USAT.
  • John Walter

    John Walter is Vice President, Custom Product Solutions for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in December of 2021 and has responsibility for sales supporting the CPS business.

    Mr. Walter brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, operations and sales, with the last 13 years in the medical device industry.

    Mr. Walter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering technology as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton.
  • Jason Whitehair

    Jason K. Whitehair is Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources for Argon Medical Devices, Inc.  He joined the company in April of 2018.  He brings to Argon more than 30 years of Human Resources experience in a variety of sectors; including Information Technology, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Healthcare, as well as Medical Devices.

    Most recently, Mr. Whitehair served as Vice President, Human Resources for the Lovelace Health System. Prior to Lovelace, Mr. Whitehair was the Vice President of Human Resources for LHP Hospital Group, where he helped lead the company to a successful acquisition with Ardent Health Services. Previously he served as Vice President, Human Resources for St. Jude Medical's Neuromodulation Division.

    Mr. Whitehair holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Westminster College, in New Wilmington Pennsylvania.
  • Tom Younker

    Tom Younker is Senior Vice President, Global Marketing for Argon Medical Devices, Inc. He joined the company in 2013, and has responsibility for Upstream and Downstream Marketing. Mr. Younker has been a key contributor to the Marketing department, where he has excelled in a variety of Marketing roles. Mr. Younker has over 12 years of experience in the medical device industry.

    Mr. Younker’s previous role was a Group Product Director responsible for growing awareness and utilization of Argon’s vascular product portfolio. Prior to Argon, Mr. Younker spent 7 years with St. Jude Medical’s Neuromodulation Division as a Director of Product Management working with Neurosurgeons and Pain Management Physicians to improve Spinal Cord Stimulation and Deep Brain Stimulation therapies.

    Mr. Younker is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served as an Acquisitions Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
